Dedicated staff are the most valuable assets of any organization and we can’t accomplish our mission without them. However, at times they may have to take leave due to a variety of reasons and we can support you with staffing solutions to fill these shifts. We provide well experienced Staff on a casual / temporary or long-term basis at short notice.
When partnering with Carewell Healthcare for emergency staffing solutions, you have access to a large pool of qualified, experienced and culturally diverse staff with a wide range of expertise to manage complex needs for your day-to-day operations. We induct staff into our workforce after rigorous job interviews & background checks and our staff hold the following mandatory minimum requirements:
- Fire Safety Training
- First Aid & CPR Training
- Infection Control Training
- Manual Handling Training
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module
- Medication Management Training
- Supporting Safe and Enjoyable Meals
In addition to the above, all our staff have current Police Check, Working with Children Check, NDIS Workers Screening Check and follow NDIS Code of Conduct in order to strictly adhere to NDIS Quality & Safeguarding Framework.
