Assistance with travel and transportation are utmost important as they facilitate participant to access basic necessities and improved social mobility in the community. One of our experienced staff member can accompany you to your destination and back to your home in a vehicle that is appropriate to your needs. Our transport services can be booked on an on-going basis such as weekly trips to the supermarket or for regular medial appointments.
